Climate Comfort recommends have preventative maintenance done twice a year in the Spring and Fall. Summer and Winter months are the hardest on your unit for cooling and heating needs so having preventative maintenance done beforehand guarantees any problems will be prevented when you least need them!

Best suited for bigger homes or businesses. We will visit your residence every 3 months for total coverage. This scheduling option ensures you encounter the least amount of repairs and are immediately notified to anything out of place!
